Video

Element Overview
The Video Element supports the embed of videos from multiple sources, including Youtube, Vimeo, and self-hosted videos.

Element Options

Video Source
Choose the Video Source using this option. Youtube, Vimeo, and Self-Hosted videos are supported. Once the source is selected, fields will appear below to input the link to the video or–in the case of Self-Hosted–to upload the video to the WordPress Media Library.

Youtube Video Link
Input the link to the Youtube video here.

Vimeo Video Link
Input the link to the Vimeo video here.

MP4 Video (Self-Hosted)

For the Self-Hosted option, the Video Element only supports the use of MP4 format videos. Click “Add video” to upload the video to the WordPress Media Library.

Button
Use the button option to add an external or internal link to the self-hosted video. This will in essence allow the video to have the same functionality as the Button Element.

Element Advanced Options

Cover Image (Self-Hosted Only)
Choose a Cover Image for the Self-Hosted video from the WordPress Media Library. It should be the same size as the video.

Controls (Self-Hosted Only)
Enable the video controls with this option. If controls are enabled, it is not advised to also add a Button link to the video. If a button is added and the controls are enabled, clicking on the video will simultaneously start the video and open the link set under Button. To avoid this, enable Auto-Play instead of Controls.

Auto-play (Self-Hosted Only)
Enable auto-play of the video with this option.

Loop (Self-Hosted Only)
Enable looping of the video with this option.

Element Style Options
Every Element has a standard set of style options available to it that allow for margins, padding, background color, CSS classes, and more to be set.
