Element Overview
The Menu Element allows you to display or construct a menu in various configurations, and in the “Advanced” tab, set the Mobile Logo and enable the Mobile Search Form.

Element Options
Type
Choose the Menu type using this dropdown. “Main Menu”, “Stacked Menu”, and “Inline Menu” will generally be the only Types available. However, it is possible for developers to add in more Types, so depending on which website you are editing, there could be more with options that are different in style or in terms of options than the Types listed above.

For Developers: How to Add New Menu Types

Main Menu
Having selected the Main Menu Type, a dropdown to select the menu to be used will appear. Existing Menus can be customized and new Menus can be added under Appearance > Menus in the WordPress Dashboard.

Stacked Menu
This option will display menu items stacked on top of one another vertically. Useful for link lists such as those typically found in Footers.

Inline Menu
This option will display menu items lined up side-by-side horizontally and allow you to choose from Button styles to change the way the menu items are displayed.

Menu (Main Menu Type)
Having selected the Main Menu Type, a dropdown to select the menu to be used will appear. Existing Menus can be customized and new Menus can be added under Appearance > Menus in the WordPress Dashboard.

Menu Items (Stacked Menu & Inline Menu)
This section is where all Menu items for a Stacked or Inline Menu will be built and ordered. Click “Add Item” to begin constructing the list and add more new items as you go along. Each item added to the List will be represented by a block labeled “Button”. These blocks can be dragged-and-dropped to be re-arranged in any order. They contain options very similar to the Button Element, meaning that you can link to a piece of external and internal content with each Button.

You can also optionally add a custom CSS class to customize each button individually.

The blocks can be individually collapsed or removed using the text in the top right of each one. Use the “Expand All” and “Collapse all” buttons beside the “Add Item” button to easily manage a long list.
